1Data we collect
We store only the minimum data required to provide the service:
- Telegram ID and username, to identify your account
- Used attempts and purchased credits
- Date of first use
We do not collect your email address, phone number, location, or payment card details.
2Files and media
Uploaded source audio is used only to separate vocals, recognize and align lyrics, and create your video. It is automatically deleted from the server within several hours after processing. We do not archive source files or reuse them for other purposes.
Generated videos remain available to you in your account and Telegram bot for 7 days, then are deleted automatically. During this period, access is limited to your Telegram account/session.
3How we use data
The collected data is used only to:
- Enforce one free attempt per account
- Keep track of purchased credits
- Provide technical support when needed
We do not sell or disclose this data to advertisers, analytics networks, or other third parties.
4Security
Data is stored on a protected server and is accessible only to the service administrator. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
5Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your account data at any time by messaging @createkaraoke_bot. Requests are completed within 7 business days.
