Terms of Use

1General provisions

By using create-karaoke.com or the Telegram bot @createkaraoke_bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The service is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties.

2File retention

We do not retain your uploaded audio. Source and intermediate files are automatically deleted after processing, generally within several hours. We do not maintain an archive of submitted source files.

Generated videos remain available only to you through your account and Telegram bot for 7 days, then are automatically deleted.

3Responsibility

The service operator is not liable for data you submit or for losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring uploaded materials comply with copyright law in your jurisdiction
  • The lawful use of generated content
  • Keeping your own copies and account access secure

4Copyright

The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

  • Upload only tracks you are entitled or authorized to process
  • Not use the service to infringe third-party rights
  • Not distribute generated videos commercially without the relevant rights holders’ permission

5Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service: Telegram ID, username, and attempt/credit balances. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Your messages, files, and personal data are not used to train models or supplied to advertising systems.

6Refunds and regeneration

Payments are made with Telegram Stars. We restore a charged attempt or Stars when:

  • A video was not generated because of a service-side technical failure
  • The delivered video clearly contains lyrics from a different song
  • Payment succeeded but credits were recorded incorrectly, including duplicate charges

If a delivered result matches the uploaded track but automatic synchronization of a rare or difficult track is unsatisfactory, contact the bot to request a free regeneration instead of a refund.

Submit requests through @createkaraoke_bot within 7 days of payment.

7Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at create-karaoke.com/en/terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
